Coral Calcium

Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body and has several important functions. Calcium and magnesium are important in maintaining a healthy pH balance. If your dietary calcium intake is insufficient the body will “steal” the calcium it needs from the bones which causes a weak bone structure, especially in elderly women. And if your pH is too high the movement of the white blood cells is impaired, increasing the risk of infections.

Ingredients: Coral Calcium (10:20% Mg/Ca) – 500 mg

Dosage: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with meals. Dosage levels should be adjusted to achieve a urinary or salivary pH level of 6,5 or higher. In addition serum (blood) levels may be monitored in order not to exceed a pH of 7,45.
